Doctor Sharp and staff are the best. They have a treatment for dry eye that works. I had it done two years ago and just had it done again. My eyes feel so much better!

Sterling Vision is a great optometrist's office. I got the best prescription I've had in years here. The doctors really take their time to do a great job. I'd strongly recommend this office over busier city offices.

Big smiles and friendly greeting as I walked in from Jennifer and Casey. Quickly checked in and no waiting when Kim took me back to get started. She was so gentle and sociable I didn't even mind the bight lights. Dr. Hedberg was so professional, informative and efficient. I really enjoyed each and everyone of them. At the end of the appointment Dr. Hedberg assisted me in selecting the perfect glasses for my prescription and face shape. I was so impressed my husband has an appointment next week. I would highly recommend everyone give Sterling Vision a try.

Better when it was Dr. Rowe and his staff!! I had been coming here since I was a kid (when it was owned by Dr. Rowe) and now I had my first appointment since they switched owners. I took time off work to come in for an appointment and the receptionist failed to tell me beforehand that there was an issue with my insurance. Then she proceeds to tell me that she can still see me but now I will have to pay out of pocket (140)! Why didn't the staff call me beforehand and alert me of this problem?! Now I took time off work to come in and wasted my time for nothing. The receptionist told me as soon as I figured out the issue I could make another appointment. No thank you, I'll take my business elsewhere. Will NOT be returning!

Terrible customer service! After having a cataract removed, I went to see them to have a new lens on my glasses for that one eye. At the time I could only see out of my good eye that did not have the surgery. The staff knew that I was only able to see out of one eye and I told them to please let me know when my glasses were ready so I could get them. I waited for 2 weeks and after not hearing from them I decided to call to see what was going on, only to find out that my glasses had been there for 1 week. Nobody had bothered to call me to tell me my glasses were ready for pick up! Had I not called my glasses would still be sitting there.
